Monegros Desert Festival brought together 50,000 ravers from over 90 countries for a full day and night of techno, house, and electronic music in the heart of the Spanish desert. With 13 stages and more than 150 artists, the 2025 edition delivered one of the most powerful and diverse experiences in the festival’s history.
From Joseph Capriati’s high-energy opening to Indira Paganotto’s emotional closing, the day was packed with standout moments. Indira became the first Spanish woman to ever close Monegros, marking a milestone for the festival and the scene.
New stages made their debut this year, including the Duna Stage by Brunch Electronik, which offered a more intimate house and melodic techno vibe, and Unreal, a darker space filled with powerful industrial sounds and visuals. These additions gave even more depth to an already intense and well-curated lineup.
The festival took place on July 27 in Fraga, transforming 120,000 square meters of desert into a one-of-a-kind rave experience. Artists like Fatima Hajji, Richie Hawtin, Paco Osuna, and many more played sets that reminded fans why Monegros continues to stand out.

Organizers Juan and Cruz Arnau described the event as a mix of tradition and evolution, focused on creating a space where people come together through music, energy, and freedom.
The next edition is already confirmed. Monegros Desert Festival 2026 will take place on Saturday, July 25. Presale starts this Thursday, July 31 at 4 PM CEST.
With each edition, Monegros continues to grow while staying true to its roots. It remains a must for electronic music lovers across the world.
